My client is a city based financial recruitment company that is currently looking for graduates. You will be joining a highly successful and innovative organisation who are now looking to bring the brightest talent into their sale team. You will be working directly alongside managers for specific areas of the business. You could be responsible for recruiting Risk professionals, Financial Sales consultants, Fund managers or traders to name just a few. The area that you ultimately work in will be one where you will be required to nurture your own business contacts and clients relationships from day one.
You are responsible for determining your own salary. You will receive full commission from day one this can be up to 30% and typical deal values are £10k £15k for any deals that you do.
Key Experience Required:
-Previous recruitment or sales skills are preferred but you do not need to have this experience to be considered for this job opportunity.
-A suitable candidate will have a good academic record, with a degree qualification of 2.1 or above from a red brick university.
-They must have the competitive edge and tenacity necessary to succeed in this highly driven industry.
-They will have an engaging personality and ambitious career aspirations.
- Finally, candidates must understand that with the high earning potential of this career, an elevated level of hard work and effort is needed to be successful and achieve targets in this goal driven industry.

Basic Salary of £25k, Expected first year OTE of £40k. One individual that began in April 2009 earned in excess of £100k in his first year.
